Privacy Policy

Vidra AI Video Maker is a small studio in your pocket: you bring the idea, it helps turn that idea into video. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use Vidra. The app is provided by Torsten Sundell ("we", "us"). This policy is effective from 21.10.2026.

No accounts, no sign-in

Vidra has no user accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or password to use the app. You can open the app and start creating without telling us who you are.

What we do handle, and what we don't

To create a video, the app sends the prompts and any material you choose to submit for a generation to our servers so the video can be produced and returned to you. We do not collect your contacts, precise location or payment card details. We do not sell your personal data. Limited technical and subscription information is processed through the third-party services described below.

Where your videos are made

Every generation runs on our own backend, operated by the developer. Your inputs are used to produce the video you asked for and to keep the service working, not for unrelated purposes.

The partners behind the scenes

We rely on two third-party services. The Apple App Store distributes the app and processes all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Adapty, when used, helps us track whether a subscription is active and provides subscription analytics, so the right features unlock for you and we can understand how subscriptions perform. Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.

Payments stay with Apple

Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. We never see or store your card or billing details. We only receive information about the status of your purchase or subscription, which may be passed through Adapty to confirm your access.

How long we keep things

We keep the information we process only for as long as it is needed to deliver your generations, maintain your subscription access and operate the app, and then delete it. Information held by Apple or Adapty is retained according to their own policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and request that it be deleted. Because Vidra has no accounts, we may need some details from you, such as the time of a generation, to locate the relevant data. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings.
