Welcome to Vidra AI Video Maker, a place to explore ideas and make your next video with AI. These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and Torsten Sundell, the developer of Vidra. They are effective from 21.10.2026.

Saying yes by pressing play

By downloading, opening or using Vidra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your licence to create

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Vidra on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Apple App Store's rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app.

Creating responsibly

Use Vidra for imaginative, lawful work. Do not use it to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or that infringes someone else's rights, including their privacy or likeness. Do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our backend. We may limit or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Subscriptions through Apple

Paid features and subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Billing, automatic renewal and cancellation are handled by the Apple App Store under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in your Apple ID settings before the renewal date. Refund requests go to Apple.

Who owns what

The app itself, including its design, code, name and branding, belongs to Torsten Sundell and is protected by intellectual property laws. The prompts and material you submit, and the videos you generate, are yours, subject to any rights others may hold in material you provide. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to what you submit and for how you use your results. You allow us to process your inputs on our backend only as needed to create your videos and run the service.

AI is creative, not perfect

Vidra is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated video can be unexpected, inaccurate or not quite what you pictured, and we do not promise any particular result, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torsten Sundell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or content, arising from your use of the app or of generated videos. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

When these Terms change

We may update these Terms as Vidra evolves. The updated version will carry a new effective date, and continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the changes.
